The Waterman United Methodist and Presbyterian churches will host two evenings of vacation Bible school for families. “Rocky Railway” VBS will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 26, and Wednesday, July 28.
All ages are welcome at the Family VBS. Parents can join their kids for fun lessons, songs, games and crafts. Organizers ask that an adult 16 years or older accompany children. Children and those not vaccinated are asked to wear a mask while indoors.
VBS is a mission of the two churches; there is no cost to attend. The VBS mission project is collecting school supplies, socks and underwear for the NICE Center.
A light meal will be served each evening. Each family will also receive a VBS music CD.
A registration form can be found on the Facebook pages of both churches or on the websites: watermanumc.org or watermanpres.com. Register by July 22. Registration will also be available each evening at the door.
