51st annual Country Music Show drive collects two boxes of toys for Toys for Tots

DeKALB – The 51st annual Country Music Show toy donation drive for Toys for Tots was held Sunday, Dec. 6, at El Jimador Mexican Grill in DeKalb.

The toy drive, which was organized by DeKalb resident Gary Mullis, collected two large boxes full of toys for Toys for Tots. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, bands were unable to perform during this year’s show.

In addition to toys, event attendees also donated $200 cash. Gus Arrendale, president of Springer Mountain Farms in Baldwin, Georgia, mailed in a donation of $150.
