The DeKalb Public Library will host a program for children to create musical instruments.

The free program will begin at 10 a.m. May 30 in the library’s Story and Activity Room, 309 Oak St.

Participants will be able to make musical instruments with basic recycled materials. Attendees also can play the instruments in a jam session. Due to the program being limited to 30 children, the program is first-come, first-served.
