DeKalb library to offer houseplants workshop March 3

The store will sell houseplants, plant stands, pots and other items. The Greenhouse is owned by Kailey and Troy Rorer of Sycamore. Business hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays. Adults interested in learning about how to care for houseplants can attend a workshop at the DeKalb Public Library.

The free workshop will begin at 6 p.m. March 3 in the library’s lower-level Yusunas Meeting Room, 309 Oak St.

Attendees will be able to learn about the best practices to care for houseplants and the needs of various indoor plant species. No registration is required.
