Criminal sexual assault

Hugo Heredia, 55, of Spring Valley was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse in the 200 block of East Cleveland Street at 4:01 a.m. Aug. 31.

Unlawful possession of a weapon

Quincy L. McCoy, 34, of Bolingbrook was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon at Dakota and Hennessey streets at 4:05 a.m. Aug. 31.

DUI

Anthony J. Showen, 39, of Spring Valley was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in the 800 block of West Dakota Street at 4:28 a.m. Aug. 28.

Disorderly conduct

Tifanie R. Kreft, 40, of Spring Valley was charged with disorderly conduct in the 400 block of West Erie Street at 9:17 p.m. Aug. 25.

Warrant arrest

David E. Ostrander, 25, of Spring Valley was picked up on a warrant in the 100 block of West Cleveland Street at 2 p.m. Aug. 20.

Miranda E. Acosta, 42, of Spring Valley was picked up on a warrant at Second and Terry streets at 2:21 p.m. Aug. 16.

Criminal trespass

Haley J. Wollack, 21, of Mendota was charged with criminal trespass to state land in the Bureau County Housing Authority at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 16.

Criminal damage to property

Angel X. Garibay, 20, of Spring Valley was charged with criminal damage to property in the 100 block of West Dakota Street at 8:15 p.m. Aug. 11.

Battery

Dominic M. Margherio, 26, of Spring Valley was charged with battery in the 600 block of East Cleveland Street at 8:14 p.m. Aug. 13.

Speeding

Kaitlyn E. Pugh, 31, of Princeton was charged with speeding at Route 6 and 1500 East Street, east of Wyanet, at 7:46 a.m. Aug. 26.

Drake E. Soule, 21, of Mark was charged with speeding at Sixth Street and Backbone Road near Princeton at 6:38 a.m. Aug. 28.

Gannon O. Farley, 22, of Tiskilwa was charged with speeding on Route 26, north of Ohio, at 5:47 a.m. Aug. 29.

Aggravated battery

Timothy J. Lowe, 27, of Malden was charged with aggravated battery in the 800 block of West Peru Street at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 26.

DUI accident

Aaron S. Wendler, 27, of Chillicothe was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving with a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident at 16769 1200 North Avenue in Wyanet at 2:15 a.m. Aug. 28.

Warrant arrest

Jared M. Paull, 39, of Tiskilwa was arrested in Bureau County Jail at 12:35 p.m. Aug. 28 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Failure to register as a sex offender

Jason D. Walker, 47, of Spring Valley was charged with failure to register as a sex offender in Bureau County Jail at 6:31 p.m. Aug. 29.

Deer accident

Curtis A. Albrecht, 61, of Tiskilwa struck a deer at 1900 East Street and Kentville Road, south of Tiskilwa, at 2:57 a.m. Aug. 30.
