Newark will take the top seed into the Little Ten volleyball tournament which tips off Monday at Hinckley-Big Rock High School.

Monday’s openers match No. 8 Hiawatha vs. No. 9 LaMoille at 5 p.m. and No. 7 DePue vs. No. 10 Leland at 6 p.m.

Newark will draw the winner of Match 1 at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, followed by No. 4 Serena vs. No. 5 Somonauk at 5:30 p.m., No. 2 Earlville vs. the winner of Match 2 at 6:30 p.m. and No. 3 Indian Creek vs. No. 6 HBR at 7:30 p.m.

On Friday, there will be two consolation matches at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. followed by semifinal matches at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

The scene shifts to Indian Creek in Shabbona on Saturday with the consolation finals at 4 p.m., third place at 5 p.m. and the championship at 6 p.m.
