Harvard woman, Marengo man charged with LSD, marijuana, pill possession

Police on Wednesday arrested a man and woman accused of possessing LSD, pills and almost 8 pounds of marijuana products, court records show.

Roxanna A. Jimenez of Harvard and Noah D. Miller of Marengo are scheduled to appear in court Dec. 2 after police found the pair in possession of more than $30,000 worth of drugs, according to court documents.

The 19-year-olds both have been charged with possession with intent to deliver LSD, possession of LSD, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

McHenry County Sheriff’s deputies arrested the pair after finding them in possession of 66 units of LSD, eight clonazepam pills and 42 Xanax pills, court records show. Jimenez and Miller also are accused of possessing almost 8 pounds of marijuana products, including wax, edibles and vaporizer cartridges, court record show.

The most serious charge, possession with intent to deliver LSD, typically is punishable by six to 30 years in prison. Bond for both Jimenez and Miller was set at $80,000.

Miller remained at the McHenry County Jail on Friday evening. Jimenez was released from custody Friday after posting bail.
