Emile Abernathy, 61, of the 600 block of Water Street in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of failing to report annually.

Leon Franklin, 48, of the 800 block of Cassie Drive in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of failing to report a change of address.

Revell Gilbert, 37, of the 100 block of 100 block of Madonna Avenue in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of violating the murderer and violent offender against youth registry.

Robert Harris, 42, of the 16500 block of South Mueller Circle in Plainfield was arrested by the Shorewood police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended.

Embry Hines, 35, of the 2200 block of West Jefferson Street in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on charges of possession of burglary tools and theft.

Donnie Jones, 47, of the 100 block of Riverview Avenue in Lockport was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of aggravated battery.

Omar Kinard, 46, of the 700 block of Richards Street in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of failing to report a change of address.

John Kinser, 53, of the 5500 block of West Main Street in Monee was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of failing to report annually.

Jasper Moore, 38, of the 1100 block of Stone Lane in Sauk Village was arrested by the Sauk Village police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on charges of theft.

Jorge Rosas, 41, was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on a charge of carrying or possessing a concealed gun.

Devon Ward, 27, of the 500 block of Blair Street in Park Forest was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 28 on charges of murder and aggravated battery.
