Driver hospitalized after crashing into guardrail Sunday in Streator

A motorist was hospitalized after they crossed the median, jumped a curb and crashed into a guardrail on Renz Drive in Streator.

The driver, who not identified by police, was driving southbound on Bloomington Street at about 10:40 a.m. Sunday when the accident occurred.

No citations were issued. The driver was taken to the hospital.
