Tony Colatorti, owner of Algonquin's Cucina Bella, talks about the strain that closing due to COVID-19 has put on local restaurants as they deal with closures and a transition to phone-in orders and takeout/delivery service.

Cucina Bella has been in operation for 15 years and received a PPP loan to help it get through the pandemic. Colatorti spoke with Northwest Herald Editor Jon Styf and reporter Nabiha Asim about the restaurant business.
