Seneca police seek more info on gas station burglary

The Seneca Police Department is seeking information regarding a burglary last week at Marathon Gas Station, 391 S. Main St.

Police responded to an alarm Jan. 8 at the gas station. Officers discovered forced entry had been made into the business.

The two male suspects took multiple items and fled the scene on foot, heading to the southwest of the station, police said.

Anyone with surveillance in the area of the Marathon Gas Station that witnessed two men running through the area between 1:30 and 2 a.m. Jan. 8, or anyone with further information about the burglary, should call the Seneca Police Department at 815-357-1616.
