Trenton McCollum, jr., RB, DeKalb – McCollum provided a combination of speed and power for the Barbs in the backfield, playing in just eight games. He ran for 565 yards and seven touchdowns and was a unanimous selection to the DuPage Valley Conference first team.

Max Gagne, sr., WR, Kaneland – An explosive deep threat for the Knights and Smith's top target, he caught 43 passes for 827 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also had a rushing touchdown and a punt return for a touchdown.

Alex Siebens, sr., WR, DeKalb – A first team DVC selection, he led the team in receptions for two years. He had 33 catches for 537 yards and six scores, and even threw for a touchdown on his only pass attempt on a trick play this year.

Ty Kilcullen, sr., WR, Hiawatha – Kilcullen was a force on both sides of the ball for the Hawks. He caught 59 passes for 13 touchdowns and 726 yards. He also had five interceptions and was third on the team with 68 tackles. He could always find the end zone not just through the air, but with five rushing touchdowns, three interceptions returned for a score and a kickoff return for a touchdown.

George Colbert, sr., OL, DeKalb – Colbert anchored the line for the Barbs and was not only honorable mention on the IHSFCA 7A all-state team, he was one of two linemen that were unanimous selections on the DVC team.

Hunter Cash, sr., OL, Sycamore – With nearly 3,000 rushing yards and another 1,400 through the air, Cash led a Sycamore line that gave the skill players time to amass yards at a high rate this year. Behind the line the Spartans reached the Class 5A quarterfinals.

Sam Pryor, jr., OL, Kaneland – An IHSFCA all-state 6A selection, Pryor was a big reason the Kaneland offense was able to have the time to put up the numbers they did throughout the year.

Will Butterfield, sr., OL, Genoa-Kingston – The Cogs had three backs rush for at least 646 yards and Butterfield was part of a line paving the way for them. Like most Cogs he split time on the defensive line as well, he had 40 tackles and five sacks.

Tristan Mangum, sr., OL, Genoa-Kingston – Mangum was a pulling guard on a team that liked their pulling plays. He also played on the defensive line and had 33 tackles, a sack, and an interception return for his first career touchdown.
