Fox River Harley Davidson, Illinois Rolling Thunder to hold dedication

ST. CHARLES – On Nov. 11, there will be a joint dedication by Fox River Harley Davidson of St. Charles and the Illinois Rolling Thunder chapters. Nov. 11 is Veterans Day.

This dedication is for a chair of honor to be placed as a permanent display inside the Fox River Harley Davidson dealership, 131 S. Randall Road. The dedication is open to all and starts at 6:30 p.m.

The display is made possible by multiple contributing vendors of a POW/MIA Chair of Honor along with other artifacts for the community to view.

The major function of the nonprofit Rolling Thunder, Inc. organization is to publicize the POW-MIA issue: To educate the public that many American prisoners of war were left behind after all previous wars and to help correct the past and to protect future veterans from being left behind should they become prisoners of war/missing in action. The group is also committed to helping American veterans from all wars.
