Hazel M. Crouch, 93, of Streator passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Heritage Health Therapy and Senior Care, Streator.

There will be no services per Hazel's request. Cremation rites will be accorded.

Private family burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Streator at a later date.

The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Born April 19, 1926 in Ottawa she was the daughter of Frank and Laura (Debolt) Rabe. She married Ervin J. Crouch on January 26, 1945. He preceded her in death in 1990.

She is survived by sons, Dale (Vicki) Crouch of Streator, Wayne (Debby) Crouch of Streator and Ronald Crouch of Streator; grandchildren, Rachel Berkhof, Ryan Crouch, Allison Dokter, Jon Crouch and Zach Evans; 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sisters, Vera Hettel and Irene Hoenshell: a brother, Dale Rabe: and a daughter in law, Joyce Crouch.

Born in Rutland Township she was raised on a farm near Wedron. She attended a one room school house in Wedron and graduated from Ottawa High School. She moved to Streator in 1950 after she was married.

Hazel was devoted to her family and loved her grandchildren very much. She will be dearly missed by them all.
