McHenry County grand jury indictments

A McHenry County grand jury indicted these people on these charges:

• Daniel J. Allen, 34, of the 600 block of Wiltshire Court, Crystal Lake; aggravated use of a firearm, domestic battery and resisting a peace officer.

• Thomas J. Zurawski, 27, of the 500 block of Santa Barbara Road, Lakemoor; possession of child pornography and violating sex offender registration laws.

• Amber N. Branham, 29, of the 500 block of Iona Lane, Harvard; theft.

• James T. Conti, 19, of the 400 block of Clover Drive, Algonquin; possession of a controlled substance.

• James Velazquez, 43, of the 200 block of Berkshire Drive, Crystal Lake; possession of a controlled substance.

• Tinayia M. Poole, 43, of the 700 block of Bourn Street, Harvard; possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana and resisting a peace officer.

• Kenyon D. Brown-Coenic, 26, of the 1000 block of North Massasoit Avenue, Chicago; possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

• Lisette Morales, 35, of the 200 block of Commonwealth Drive, Bolingbrook; obstructing identification, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael C. Simmons, 42 of the 1600 block of Penny Lane, Crystal Lake; obstructing identification, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Amber N. Lulow, 30, of the 900 block of Noelle Bend, Lake in the Hills; possession of a controlled substance.

• Carlos Hurtado, 19, of the 300 block of Pyott Road, Lake in the Hills; aggravated assault, assault, consumption of liquor by a minor, disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer.

• Jaime Villegas Jr., 27, of the 100 block of Pecos Circle, Carpentersville; obstruction of justice.

• Fidel Antonio Baella Jr., 58, of the 2000 block of Grandview Drive, Johnsburg; carrying a concealed firearm while under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, obstructing justice, resisting a peace officer and transporting alcohol.

• Michael L. Reardon, 27, of the 100 block of Cunat Boulevard, Richmond; aggravated battery and mob action.

• Michael K. Golz, 49, of the 38200 block of North Fifth Avenue, Spring Grove; aggravated battery, aggravated driving under the influence, mob action and reckless driving.

• Matthew R. Fralick, 48, of the 1300 block of Cunat Court, Lake in the Hills; grooming.
