Julie Kiefer-Bell, 71, of the 1200 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Feb. 13, with battery and disorderly conduct.

Jocelyn M. Gonzalez, 19, of the 400 block of West Stadium Drive, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Feb. 13, with entering and remaining in a tavern as a minor.

Krystal V. Collins, 30, of the 200 block of McMillan Court, Cortland, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 14, with battery causing bodily harm and mob action.

William D. Watson, 26, of the 7200 block of South Spaulding Avenue, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 14, with retail theft, criminal trespass to land and resisting a peace officer.

Antony D. Anderson, 19, of the 1300 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 14, with battery causing bodily harm and resisting a peace officer.
