SYCAMORE – Michelle Tecza has been promoted to retail manager at Heartland Bank and Trust Company in Sycamore.
Tecza is located at the bank’s 124 S. Main St. location. She is responsible for ensuring value and top-of-the-line service to bank customers and overseeing retail employee development and training.
Tecza has 12 years of banking experience, and most recently served as Retail Lead for the bank. During her career, she has also gained experience as a teller, new account representative and teller supervisor. Originally from Burlington, Vermont, she has made her home in Sycamore for the past 10 years with her husband, Adam.
