• An incident involving battery was reported at 3 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 100 block of West Diversey Avenue.
• Marcie Eldred, 41, of the 100 block of West Virginia Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 2 a.m. Oct. 9 with domestic battery in the 100 block of West Virginia Street.
Burglary
• An iPhone and a pair of Apple headphones were reported stolen at 1:37 p.m. Oct. 4 from a locked locker at XSport Fitness, 621 W. North Ave.
• A purse and lunch box reportedly were stolen between 3 and 4:03 p.m. Sept. 5 from a vehicle parked at LA Fitness, 620 N. York Road. The vehicle's front passenger window reportedly was smashed during the same time period.
• Items reportedly were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 9 p.m. Sept. 27 and 8 a.m. Sept. 28 while it was parked in a driveway in the 400 block of West North Avenue. Most of the items were recovered by the Wheaton Police Department.
• Christian J. Cloutier, 19, of the zero to 100 block of East Elm Street, Villa Park, was charged at 1:03 a.m. Oct. 11 with felony burglary at Mack's Golden Pheasant, 668 W. North Ave.
• A blue Galaxy Note 5 cellphone reportedly was stolen at 11:25 p.m. Oct. 12 from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of North Addison Avenue.
Trespassing
An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered between 10 p.m. Oct. 11 and 7 a.m. Oct. 12 in the 200 block of Berkley Avenue. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle.
Controlled substance possession
• Victor Leavings, 40, of the 14400 block of Kishwaukee Valley Road, Woodstock, was charged at 9:50 p.m. Sept. 30 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of North York Street.
• John Fontano, 57, of the 300 block of West Fremont Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 1:34 p.m. Sept. 29 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment in the 300 block of West Fremont Avenue. John Fontano, 24, of the 300 block of West Fremont Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at the same time and date with possession of a controlled substance and sale or possession of hypodermic syringes or needles at the same location. Margaret Fontano, 56, of the 300 block of West Fremont Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at the same time and date with possession of a controlled substance at the same location.
• Teddy Gonzalez, 54, of the zero to 100 block of King Arthur Court, Northlake, was charged at 10:11 p.m. Oct. 7 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a traffic control device at York Street and North Avenue. Mariah L. Beddle, 25, of the zero to 100 block of King Arthur Court, Northlake, was charged at the same time and date with attempt possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic syringe at the same location.
Disorderly conduct
• A woman was served with a no trespass notice at 8:50 p.m. Oct. 1 following an incident involving disorderly conduct at Jewel-Osco, 153 E. Schiller St.
• Richard Hernandez, 59, of the 100 block of South Wood Dale Road, Wood Dale, was charged at 7:43 a.m. Oct. 3 with disorderly conduct at Starbucks, 624 N. York St. He also was issued a trespass notice for the Starbucks location.
• Luciano Perez, 48, of the 400 block of North West Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 1:07 p.m. Oct. 3 with disorderly conduct – public intoxication and possession of open alcohol in public outside Los Fernandez Rosticeria, 522 W. North Ave.
• Mario Raddi, 65, of the 2200 block of North 76th Avenue, Elmwood Park, was charged at 8:53 p.m. Oct. 3 with disorderly conduct – obstructing identification and possession of open alcohol in public at Route 83 and Second Street.
• Jose Gasca, 26, of the 400 block of North Michigan Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at 6:07 a.m. Oct. 5 with disorderly conduct and illegal transportation of alcohol in the 900 block of Virginia Lane.
• Twelve to 18 eggs reportedly were thrown at a house between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 200 block of Geneva Avenue.
• Loizos Konstantinos, 61, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 4:01 p.m. Oct. 5 with disorderly conduct – befouling property in the 100 block of West First Street.
• Jacob Joslin, 27, of the 2800 block of Grissom Court, Woodridge, was charged at 1:56 a.m. Oct. 8 with disorderly conduct – public urination at the Elmhurst Police Department, 125 E. First St.
• A man was issued a no trespassing order at 10:05 a.m. Oct. 9 after an incident of disorderly conduct at the Elmhurst Public Library, 125 S. Prospect Ave.
• An incident involving disorderly conduct was reported at 11:59 a.m. Oct. 9 in the 900 block of Stratford Avenue.
Domestic incident
A domestic incident, including the theft of a vehicle, was reported at 6:06 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 200 block of South York Street.
DUI
• Cara Battaglia, 27, of the 100 block of Maple Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 2:28 a.m. Oct. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, no insurance and no rear registration plate light at York Street and Old York Road.
• Patrick Layton, 25, of the 600 block of North Oaklawn Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 2:39 a.m. Oct. 7 with DUI of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, disobeying a stop sign, illegal transportation of alcohol and obstructing a police officer in the 500 block of North West Avenue.
• Pablo Fernandez, 32, of the 200 block of West Parkview Drive, Addison, was charged at 7:09 p.m. Oct. 12 with DUI of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident at Roosevelt Road and Prospect Avenue. Jasmine Britt, 27, of the 600 block of West Forest Avenue, West Chicago, was arrested at the same time and date on a warrant out of DuPage County at the same location. Britt also was charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Fraud
Daniel E. Laurie, 62, of the 14400 block of Park Avenue, Dolton, was charged at 2:17 p.m. Oct. 10 with attempted unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance and attempted possession of a prescription form at NuCara Pharmacy, 101 W. Vallette St.
Harassment
• An incident involving telephone harassment was reported at 2:29 p.m. Oct. 12 in the 100 block of North Maple Avenue.
• An incident involving telephone harassment was reported at 2:11 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 200 block of East Cayuga Avenue.
Hit-and-run
Kevin A. O'Higgins, 60, of the 9300 block of Irving Park Road, Schiller Park, was charged at 9:46 a.m. Sept. 19 with leaving the scene of an accident in the 700 block of West Lake Street.
Lost property
• A wallet was reported at 11:16 a.m. Oct. 1 as having been lost at 4:15 p.m. Sept. 30 at York Theater, 150 N. York St.

• Matthew Snodell, 28, of the 600 block of Hickory Road, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 1:28 a.m. Oct. 8 with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana in the 300 block of West Fremont Avenue.
• Ian Fourie, 22, of the 1200 block of Ovaltine Court, Villa Park, was charged at 12:02 a.m. Sept. 17 with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia between Route 83 and Salt Creek and Union Pacific Railroad and St. Charles Road. Jeffery Dinquel, 21, of the 100 block of South Wisconsin Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana at Prairie Path and Salt Creek. Olivia Senese, 18, of the 600 block of South Monterey Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana at Rex Boulevard and Prairie Path. Carrington Brekenridge, 20, of the 1400 block of Ovaltine Court, Villa Park, was charged at the same time and date with possession of drug paraphernalia at Prairie Path and Salt Creek.
• Garrett A. Claxon, 23, of the 100 block of Sycamore Drive, Park Forest, was charged at 3:54 p.m. Oct. 1 with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding at North Avenue and Willow Street.

• Anthony Maroney, 18, of the 300 block of Manor Hill Court, Lombard, was charged at 1:22 a.m. Oct. 6 with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of North Parker Street.
• Francisco Montoya, 19, of the 300 block of Miller Lane, Wood Dale, was charged at 2:17 a.m. Oct. 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia at York Road and Industrial Drive.
Property damage
• A front window reportedly was cracked between 11 p.m. Oct. 2 and 10 a.m. Oct. 4 at Jewel-Osco, 153 E. Schiller St.
• A windshield reportedly was smashed and scratch marks reportedly were found on the rear passenger side door of a vehicle between 1 p.m. Oct. 4 and 1:10 a.m. Oct. 5 while it was parked in the 100 block of North Addison Avenue.
Theft
• An empty beer keg, a table and party supplies reportedly were stolen at 11:57 a.m. Oct. 1 from a front parkway in the 400 block of Cottage Hill Avenue.
• Cash was reported stolen at 11:40 a.m. Oct. 2 from a purse at The Abbey, 407 W. St. Charles Road.
• A cellphone reportedly was stolen at 10 a.m. Sept. 30 at First United Methodist Church of Elmhurst, 232 S. York St.
• A blue Ford F450 dump truck reportedly was stolen between 4 p.m. Sept. 29 and 6 a.m. Oct. 3 from a parking lot at 910 S. Riverside Drive.
• Two plastic medium-sized pumpkins filled with sand reportedly were stolen between 2 p.m. Oct. 4 and 12:41 p.m. Oct. 5 from a front porch in the 200 block of North Myrtle Avenue.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 7:25 a.m. Oct. 5 at L.A. Fitness, 620 N. York St. The vehicle was recovered in Addison.
• A catalytic converter reportedly was sawed off the exhaust system of a vehicle between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 5 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 6 while it was parked in a parking lot in the 400 block of Argyle Avenue.
• A catalytic converter reportedly was removed from a vehicle between 6 p.m. Oct. 5 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 6 while it was parked in a parking lot in the 300 block of South West Avenue.
• A catalytic converter reportedly was removed from a vehicle between 10 p.m. Oct. 5 and 3 p.m. Oct. 6 while it was parked in a parking lot in the 200 block of East Butterfield Road.
• A catalytic converter reportedly was removed from a vehicle between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 5 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 6 while it was parked at Elm Creek Apartments and Townhomes, 1 Elm Creek Court.
• An iPhone 6s and a pink case containing a driver's license, credit cards, gift cards, cash and Social Security cards reportedly were stolen between 1:30 and 1:40 p.m. Oct. 9 from the waiting room of the occupational health area at Edward-Elmhurst Health, 1200 S. York Road.
• George A. Gargano Jr., 37, of the 4200 block of Sunnyside Avenue, Brookfield, was charged at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 9 with felony theft at Mariano's, 678 N. York Road.
• Alejandro Gomez, 21, of the 1500 block of North 21st Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged at 6:11 p.m. Oct 10 with retail theft and violation of bail bond at Jewel-Osco, 944 S. York Road. Eric O. Martinez, 21, of the 500 block of North Macie Court, Addison, was charged at the same time and date with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at the same location.
• A 2014 gray Chevrolet Malibu reportedly was stolen between 5:30 p.m. Oct. 11 and 3:36 p.m. Oct. 12 after being detailed at Scotty's, 199 W. Diversey Ave.
Threat
A telephone threat was reported at 7:22 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 400 block of West Butterfield Road.
Unlawful possession of firearm
• Charmaine Annoreno, 46, of the 800 block of Indiana Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 10:09 a.m. Sept. 28 with unlawful possession of firearms and firearm ammunition and possession of a controlled substance in the 800 block of Indiana Street. Marissa Bender, 21, of the 800 block of North Willow Street, Elmhurst, was charged at the same time and date with delivery or manufacture of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment at the same location. Samuel O'Laughlin, 20, of the 800 block of Indiana Street, Elmhurst, was charged at the same time and date with unlawful possession of firearms and firearm ammunition, delivery or manufacture of marijuana and possession of drug equipment at the same location.
• Juan P. Correa, 31, of the 4900 block of West Dickens Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 3:23 a.m. Oct. 2 with felony DUI of alcohol, felony driving while license revoked, unlawful possession of a firearm in a vehicle by a street gang member, possession of a firearm without required FOID and improper lane use in the 400 block of South York Street.
• Tyree Phillips, 28, of the 24800 block of Design Road, Wilmington, was charged at 12:55 p.m. Oct. 3 with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and no valid vehicle registration at Route 83 and Riverside Drive. Saged Ansari, 36, of the 400 block of Mallview Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged at the same time and date with no valid driver's license at the same location.
Warrant arrest
• Cedrick Montgomery, 36, of the 900 block of Rohlwing Road, Addison, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 2 on a warrant out of DuPage County and charged with driving while license suspended and driving with one headlight at York Street and Cayuga Avenue.
• Clifton Calvert, 27, of the 400 block of East Niagara Avenue, Elmhurst, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. Oct. 5 on a warrant out of DuPage County at the Elmhurst Police Department, 125 E. First St.
• John L. Russell, 38, of the 500 block of 46th Avenue, Bellwood, was arrested at 11:54 a.m. Oct. 12 on a warrant out of Cook County at Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill Road.
