Jerry and Denise Ihrig of Princeton are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Marlee Anne Wilde, to Ryan Scott Cassel, the son of Kevin and Adrienne Cassel of Wheaton.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Princeton High School and Vandercook College of Music. She is employed with the Wethersfield School District in Kewanee as a music teacher.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Wheaton North High School and a 2017 graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering. He has accepted a position with the MITRE Corporation in Bedford, Mass.

The couple will be wed July 21 at The Barn at Hornbaker Gardens.
