Crystal Lake South’s hockey team defeated Lake Park, 5-1, Sunday at The Edge in Bensenville to advance to the semifinals of the AHAI Varsity White state tournament.

The Gators got a goal and an assist from Eric Helm and Nick Losch and a goal each from Jake Haush, Evan Jewson and Anthony Saputa. Josh Albrecht made 34 saves for the win.
