Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kunkel of rural Wyanet will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary.

Richard Kunkel and the former Mary Rohr were married March 29, 1952, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Granville. They have three children, Julie (Mark, deceased) Wineinger of Davis, Calif., Gerard (Jeanine) Kunkel of Wyanet and Teresa (Kevin) Kopp of Wyanet. They also have 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Although retired from farming, Richard and Mary still live on the family farm, where they have resided since 1962.
