The Crystal Lake South hockey team lost to Highland Park, 6-2, Saturday at Leafs Ice Centre in West Dundee.

The Gators got out to a quick 1-0 lead on a goal by Eric Helm in the first period, but Highland answered with the next four goals. Helm added his second goal to cut Highland’s lead to 4-2 before South conceded the final two goals.
