Battery
Kyle Siverts, 36, of the 400 block of East Church Street, and Bridget Siverts, 35, of the 400 block of East Church Street, were both charged at 12:01 a.m. Oct. 29 with battery in the 100 block of South York Street.
DUI
• Brandy Mitchell, 25, of the 2400 block of Best Place, Aurora, was charged at 3:47 a.m. Oct. 29 with driving under the influence at South York Street and Interstate 290.
• Joseph Mihalik, 25, of the 900 block of Merrimac Circle, Naperville, was charged at 12:11 a.m. Oct. 30 with DUI at West North Avenue and North York Street.
• Shanieque Barnett, 23, of the 4300 block of West Maypole Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 2:42 a.m. Oct. 30 with DUI at East Roosevelt Road and Route 83.
• Kenneth Holowka, 32, of the 6700 block of West Lisbon Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis., was charged at 11:38 p.m. Oct. 31 with DUI at North Myrtle Avenue and West North Avenue.
Theft
• Spare tires were stolen between 5:20 p.m. Oct. 23 and 4:14 a.m. Oct. 24 from three vehicles in the 800 block of North York Road.
• Two leaf blowers were stolen at 1:43 p.m. Oct. 24 from a trailer in the 100 block of East Brush Hill Road.
• Two signs were stolen between 8 p.m. Oct. 24 and 7:15 a.m. Oct. 25 from the 100 block of East Third Street.
• Someone stole a bag full of merchandise at 1:14 p.m. Oct. 25 from Walgreens, 160 N. Robert Palmer Drive.
• A bicycle was stolen at 12:38 p.m. Oct. 26 from the 600 block of South York Road.
• A purse was stolen between 7:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Oct. 26 from the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Cancer Center, 177 E. Brush Hill Road.
• Sandy Rainone, 47, of the 1S500 Block of Nimitz Road, Oakbrook Terrace, was charged at 7:45 p.m. Oct. 26 with retail theft in the 300 block of South Route 83.
• Gustavo Garcia, 20, of the 500 block of West Division Street, Villa Park, was charged at 7:25 p.m. Oct. 27 with theft in the 600 block of West St. Charles Road after he stole a bottle of vodka.
• Andrew Dejesus, 25, of the 4400 block of West Walton Street, Chicago, was charged at 2:33 a.m. Oct. 30 with retail theft in the 100 block of East First Street.
Marijuana possession
• Carlos Martinoz, 26, of the 100 block of Ardmore Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at 10:09 p.m. Oct. 26 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Route 83 and West North Avenue.
• Joseph Jimenez, 23, of the 2800 block of Ridgeland Avenue, Berwyn, was charged at 1:36 p.m. Oct. 27 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at East St. Charles Road and Fair Avenue.
• Madeline Raso, 51, of the 400 block of North Fulton Avenue, was charged at 9:45 p.m. Oct. 27 with possession of marijuana at East St. Charles Road and South Hill Street.
• Marcus Hall, 22, of the 2000 block of South Second Avenue, Maywood, was charged at 12:23 a.m. Oct. 28 with possession of marijuana at East North Avenue and North Indiana Street.
• Kenneth Jones, 20, of the 2200 block of St. Charles Road, Bellwood, was charged at 3:03 a.m. Oct. 29 with possession of marijuana at East Roosevelt Road and Route 83.
Drug paraphernalia possession
Michael Pullia, 25, of the 3600 block of Laramie Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 8:14 p.m. Oct. 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia, and Jonathan Spina, 24, of the 5300 block of Agatite Avenue, Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana at West Lake Street and North York Street.
Traffic violation
Abiola Adun, 23, of the 7200 block of Emerson Street, Morton Grove, was charged at 3:07 a.m. Oct. 29 with driving while license suspended at East North Avenue and I-290.
