DUI
• Gregory Garber, 58, of the 500 block of West Belden Avenue, was charged at 11:38 p.m. Sept. 25 with aggravated battery, resisting a peace officer, attempted battery, driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and illegal transportation of alcohol at Route 83 and West North Avenue.
• Julie Woodward-Trenker, 47, of the 1800 block of Newcastle Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 10:56 a.m. Sept. 26 with DUI at West North Avenue and River Glen Avenue.
• Olivia Stoklosa, 24, of the 4800 block of West Newport Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 7:02 p.m. Sept. 27 with DUI at West North Avenue and North Maple Avenue.
• Jordan Goldstein, 21, of the 500 block of Brookside Drive, Westmont, was charged at 3:07 a.m. Sept. 29 with DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at Roosevelt Road and Butterfield Avenue.
• Renzo Benavente, 23, of the 8900 block of Robin Drive, Des Plaines, was charged at 6 a.m. Oct. 1 with DUI, improper lane usage, improper stopping on a roadway and unlawful use of a driver’s license at 300 S. Poplar Ave.
Theft
• Someone stole a bag of items between 12:30 and 1 a.m. from Jewel, 944 S. York St.
• Equipment was stolen between 3 p.m. Sept. 24 and 6:30 a.m. Sept. 26 from a truck at 904 S. Riverside Drive.
• A 2008 Honda Odyssey was stolen between 3 p.m. Sept. 23 and 7 a.m. Sept. 26 from 153 N. Addison Ave.
• Mark Maciejewski, 34, of the 600 block of Preston Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged at 4:51 p.m. Sept. 29 with felony retail theft and driving while license suspended at 678 N. York St.
• Two bottles of liquor were stolen at 6:33 p.m. Sept. 30 from CVS, 110 W. North Ave.
• Items were stolen between 3:30 and 4:40 p.m. from a residence in the 200 block of West Van Buren Street.
• Joel Delgado, 24, of the 1800 block of N. 21st Street, Melrose Park, was charged at 11:12 a.m. Oct. 2 with retail theft at 153. E. Schiller Court.
• A checkbook was stolen between 7 p.m. Oct. 1 and 4 p.m. Oct. 2 from a residence in the 200 block of East North Avenue.
Battery
• Richard Jourige, 21, of the 7000 block of West 13th Street, Berwyn, was charged at 4:11 a.m. Oct. 2 with felony aggravated battery at 155 E. Brush Hill Road.
• Brittany Kirk, 24, of the 700 block of South Independence Boulevard, Chicago, was charged at 10:06 p.m. Sept. 28 with domestic battery in the 500 block of North York Road.
• Anthony Williams, 19, of the 1100 block of Edgewood Avenue, Lombard, was charged at 4:22 p.m. Sept. 29 with domestic battery in the 600 block of West North Avenue.
Marijuana possession
• Imran Karan Ifran, 19, of the zero to 100 block of 49th Avenue, Bellwood, was charged at 10:23 a.m. Sept. 29 with possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Holly Avenue and Laurel Avenue.
• Howard Flores, 26, of the 600 block of South York Road, Bensenville, was charged at 6:54 p.m. Sept. 30 with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended and driving with no insurance at 904 N. York St.
Drug paraphernalia possession
Jack Valente, 21, of the 400 block of Dara James Road, Des Plaines, was charged at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 1 with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of South Prospect Avenue.
Property damage
• A vehicle was keyed between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Sept. 26 at 678 N. York St.
• A BB was shot through a residential window between 11 a.m. Sept. 23 and 3:30 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 400 block of Elm Park Avenue.
Traffic violation
Miguel Correa-Quinones, 46, of the 400 block of West Second Street, was charged at 4:17 p.m. Sept. 30 with driving while license suspended at St. Charles Road and Route 83.
