Battery
Gino Raffanti, 31, of the 2900 block of North Washtenaw Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 2:11 a.m. Aug. 20 with two counts of battery at an unidentified location.
DUI
• Donna M. Miller, 32, of the 8700 block of Elm Drive, Des Plaines, was charged at 11:45 p.m. Aug. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving the wrong way at Main Street and Burlington Avenue.
• Selina Henderson, 44, of the 8300 block of Oak Leaf Drive, Woodridge, was charged at 3:47 a.m. Aug. 28 with DUI of alcohol at Main Street and Ogden Avenue.
Burglary
• A handicapped placard was stolen between 12:05 p.m. Aug. 14 and 12:05 p.m. Aug. 15 from a vehicle in the 4500 block of Highland Avenue.
• A house was broken into and several pieces of jewelry and cash were stolen between 2 and 6 p.m. Aug. 23 in the 2000 block of Warren Avenue.
Theft
• Kerry M. Kennebrew, 47, of the 1500 block of South Fifth Avenue, Maywood, was charged at 5:33 p.m. Aug. 21 with retail theft at Prairie Avenue and Belmont Road.
• Mariola Chrobak, 35, of the 8500 block of Arnold Avenue, River Grove, was charged at 3 p.m. Aug. 20 with three counts of retail theft at 7300 Wilson Avenue in Harwood Heights.
• Trentiss D. Mitchell, 19, of the 1400 block of Willow Lane, Westmont, was charged at 2:01 p.m. Aug. 19 with retail theft at 3300 Finley Road.
• Juwan M. Wallace, 19, of the 500 block of 49th St., Bellwood, was charged at 1:42 p.m. Aug. 23 with retail theft at 3300 Finley Road.
• Georgio N. Palbas, 45, of the 7600 block of South Thomas Avenue, Bridgeview, was charged at 3:51 p.m. Aug. 25 with retail theft at 3300 Finley Road.
• Yelena V. Getz, 49, of the 5500 block of Webster Street, Downers Grove, was charged at 5:14 p.m. Aug. 27 with retail theft at 7349 Lemont Road.
Marijuana possession
• Cecil A. Downs, 51, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 21 with two counts of possession of marijuana and violation of bail bond at 5099 Fairview Ave.
• Dishon D. Thomas, 30, of the 5000 block of Butterfield Road, Hillside, was charged at 3:12 p.m. Aug. 21 with possession of marijuana at Butterfield Road and Route 53.
Disorderly conduct
• Timothy J. Burns, 50, of the 100 block of South Wilmette Avenue, was charged at 11:04 p.m. Aug. 27 with drinking in public at Hummer Park.
• Gregg A. Davis, 52, no listed address, was charged at 4:59 p.m. Aug. 27 with drinking in public at 4958 Main St.
Property damage
• Spray paint was found at the Marquis on Maple construction site between 5 p.m. Aug. 22 and 7 a.m. Aug. 23 at 940 Maple Ave.
• Spray paint was found at a stop sign at 9:04 a.m. Aug. 23 at 55th and Williams streets.
Warrant arrest
• Ryan Vincent Kelley, 34, of the 2500 block of Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove, was charged at 7:19 p.m. Aug. 28 with a warrant at 3500 Lacey Road.
• Nana A. Wiafe-Ababio, of the 400 block of Assembly Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged at 8:02 p.m. Aug. 26 with a warrant at Butterfield Road and Route 53.

Maria Sajuan, 49, of the 800 block of Pasquinelli Drive, was charged at 2:45 p.m. Aug. 26 with battery in the 800 block of Pasquinelli Drive.
Traffic violations
• Joselyn Santiago, 19, of the 4100 block of North Washington Street, was charged at 4:40 p.m. Aug. 22 with driving with suspended license in the 800 block of North Cass Avenue.
• Elizabeth Pettigrew, 26, of the 8300 block of South Buffalo Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 4:15 p.m. Aug. 23 with driving with a suspended license, operating an electronic control device while driving and operating an uninsured vehicle in the 700 block of East Ogden Avenue.
• Tennyson Gibson, 33, of the 700 block of Grove Street, Aurora, was charged at 11 a.m. Aug. 27 with driving with a revoked driver’s license, driving with suspended vehicle registration and operating an uninsured vehicle in the 6000 block of South Cass Avenue.
Thefts
• A window was broken and cell phones were stolen between 11:30 p.m. Aug. 24 and 11 a.m. Aug. 25 from a parked vehicle in the 1100 block of South Williams Street.
• A purse was stolen between 9:30 p.m. Aug. 25 and 6 a.m. Aug. 26 from a parked vehicle in the 600 block of Citadel Drive.
