Theft

• An unlocked gold 1988 Chrysler Concorde reportedly was stolen between 10 p.m. June 28 and 11:35 a.m. June 29 in the 500 block of Pershing Avenue.

• A black Trek bicycle reportedly was stolen between 8:55 and 11 a.m. July 2 at the Glen Ellyn Public Library, 400 Duane St. The suspect was described as a white female with a thin build and shoulder length hair, wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt with jeans and carrying an Under Armour string bag.

Controlled substance possession

Ariel A. Utterback, 32, of the 300 block of Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 12:39 a.m. June 28 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Duane Street.

DUI

• Bradley D. Krebs, 26, of the 100 block of Seminole Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 1:07 a.m. June 29 with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at Lambert and College roads.

• Jeffrey J. Jankowski, 45, of the zero to 100 block of Valley Road, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 9:54 a.m. June 28 with two counts of DUI of alcohol in the zero to 100 block of Valley Road.

WHEATON

Battery

• Timothy T. Magitt, 21, of the 300 block of Alder Lane, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 11:47 a.m. June 5 with battery and theft at 22nd Street and Lorraine Road.

• Nicholas J. Testa, 28, of the 28W200 block of Foxcroft Drive near Glen Ellyn, was charged at 10:13 p.m. June 4 with domestic battery in the 400 block of South Naperville Road.

DUI

Nicolette Gabriele, 21, of the 2200 block of Gustave Street, Melrose Park, was charged at 2:16 a.m. June 4 with DUI of drugs at Lambert and Roosevelt roads.

Marijuana possession

Shane D. Mathias, 25, of the 8700 block of South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 10:35 p.m. June 3 with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Dorchester Avenue and Roosevelt Road.

Obstructing an officer

Renwick T. Walker, 19, of the 1400 block of Shaman Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged at 2:07 a.m. June 4 with driving while license suspended and obstructing an officer at County Farm and Roosevelt Roads.

Traffic violations

Hassan M. Madhaji, 53, of the 500 block of Gundersen Drive, Carol Stream, was charged at 1:15 p.m. May 28 with driving without a valid license and texting while driving at Main Street and Cole Avenue.
