ST. CHARLES

• Desiderio Gonzalez, 19, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged March 16 with theft.

• Kristoffer Scott Farrar, 41, of the 4000 block of River View Drive, St. Charles, was charged March 18 with failure to signal, improper lane use, obstructing justice, obstructing or resisting police and driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Brenda A. Ortiz Gabriel, 20, of the 200 block of North Porter Street, Elgin, was charged March 16 with retail theft.

• Dushaun Tims, 34, of the 1300 block of South 14th Street, St. Charles, was arrested March 13 on a warrant.

• John Wingfoo Eng, 42, of St. Charles, was charged March 10 with criminal trespass.

• Jamar Davon Beach, 29, of the 6000 block of South Winchester Avenue, Chicago, was charged March 13 with having an altered or counterfeited card and use of account with intent to defraud.

• Steven A. Baxter, 27, of the 400 block of Wilson Street, Batavia, was charged March 12 with disorderly conduct and was arrested on a warrant.

• Parker Steven Wiersema, 19, of the 41W600 block of Foxtail Circle, Campton Hills, was charged March 12 with underage drinking.

• Richard Tyler Runyon, 20, of the 2600 block of North 78th Avenue, Elmwood Park, was charged March 11 with possession of marijuana.

• Joseph Dennis Christensen, 65, of the 100 block of Grove Avenue, St. Charles, was charged March 13 with interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and two counts of domestic battery.

• Jennifer Micaela Gove, 43, of the 800 block of Wingfoot Drive, North Aurora, was charged March 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.

• James John Sutherland, 70, of the 500 block of Union Avenue, St. Charles, was charged March 12 with criminal damage to property.

BATAVIA

• A residential burglary was reported March 17 in the 200 block of Stone Manor Circle.

• A burglary to a motor vehicle was reported March 16 in the 800 block of Viking Drive and in the 900 block of Appleton Drive.

• Antionique J. Anderson, 23, of the 1200 block of South 13th Street, Maywood, was charged March 15 with obstructing identification, speeding, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

• Fernando Huesca, 39, of the 100 block of West Stimmel Street, West Chicago, was charged March 15 with driving without a license, driving without insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• James G. Butler, 29, of the 200 block of East Wilson Street, Batavia, was charged March 12, with obstruction and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

• Kushal Patel, 27, of the 1600 block of Kiowa Circle, Naperville, was charged March 12, with retail theft from Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• About $36 in alcohol was reported stolen March 11, from Walgreens, 122 W. Wilson St., Batavia.

• Two juveniles were arrested March 11, on charges they stole from Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• A cellphone was reported stolen March 11, from the 400 block of North Kirk Road, Batavia.

• Shannon L. Pedersen, 22, of the 600 block of Waterford Lane, South Elgin, was charged March 10, with retail theft from Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• Ashley M. Mastel, 20, of the 1200 block of Iroquis Drive, Batavia, was charged March 10, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and illegal transportation of alcohol.

• Eric P. Lee, 23, of the 800 block of Ohio Avenue, St. Charles, was charged March 10, with driving under the influence.

GENEVA

• Daniel J. Payne, 47, of the 1300 block of Surrey Road, Batavia, was charged March 6, with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended registration, speeding 75 miles an hour in a 50 mph zone and felony possession of a substance containing 0.8 grams of cocaine.

• Jared L. Dvorak, 22, of the 2800 block of Diane Drive, Aurora, was charged March 4, with possession of marijuana.

• Karl M. Winter, 22, of the 200 block of North Tyler Road, St. Charles, was charged March 7, with possession of drug equipment and speeding 76 mph in a 40 mph zone.

• Renee J. Tate, 43, of the 1300 block of Lundberg Avenue, Batavia, was charged March 8, with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.

• Gabriela A. Sroka, 21, of the 700 block of May Street, Geneva, was charged March 9, with public intoxication.

• Brittany M. Satterfield, 22, of the 1000 block of 22nd Avenue, Bellwood, was charged March 12, with obstructing an officer by giving a false name, driving with a suspended license and speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone.

• Joseph K. Wagner, 19, of the 700 block of North Street, Geneva, was charged March 12, with possession of drug equipment and 12.3 grams of marijuana.

KANE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

• A firearm valued at $750 was reported stolen March 14 from the 0N600 block of Titus Place, Blackberry Township.

• Brian S. Motta, 18, of the 900 block of Stamford Place, Sugar Grove, was charged March 12 with underage drinking and possession of a fraudulent driver’s license.

• Raven Olivia Moore, 18, of the 0-100 block of Westbourne Avenue, Sugar Grove, was charged March 12 with underage drinking.

• Roger C. Schultz, 56, of the 34W700 block of North James Drive, St. Charles, was charged March 15 with two counts of domestic battery.
