MOKENA – Ryan Companies and Life Care Services has completed Clarendale of Mokena, a $31.7 million, 156-unit, age-restricted senior living rental community.
Clarendale of Mokena is Mokena’s first senior living community to offer independent, assisted and memory care living, and the first of multiple Clarendale projects to be completed in the Chicago area, according to a news release from the company.
An open house was held Sept. 29 at Clarendale of Mokena, which is situated on an 11.4-acre site at 21536 S. Wolf Road. The three-story Clarendale of Mokena includes 60 independent living residences, 56 assisted living residences and 40 memory care residences, as well as common areas for dining and activities. Monthly rents are based upon the size and location of the residence.
