Police: Joliet man was masturbating near hot dog stand

JOLIET TOWNSHIP – A Joliet man was arrested last month after allegedly exposing himself at a hot dog stand.

Will County sheriff’s spokeswoman Kathy Hoffmeyer said deputies were called at 5:08 p.m. May 15 to Bozo’s Hot Dogs, 1601 S. Chicago St.

“Two employees witnessed him masturbating with his pants down in the parking lot of the business and called the police,” she said. “When deputies got there he had his pants back up and was sitting on a picnic table near the food stand.”

Hoffmeyer said deputies believe Edgar Luvianos, 20, of the 1500 block of South Chicago Street, was intoxicated and arrested him on suspicion of public indecency.
