MORRISON – Doris J. Wallingford, 83, of Morrison, formerly of St. Charles, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at her home.

She was born Nov. 18, 1931, in Bluford, the daughter of Andrew and Barbara McKiness. Doris was a very active member of First Baptist Church in Morrison.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sherry (Daniel Altschul) Wallingford of Evanston, and Andrea (James) Bauer of Geneva; six grandchildren, Wesley (Kim), Ryan (Sarah), and Molly Bauer, and Sam, David, and Julia Altschul; one sister, Fran McKiness; and three brothers, Hallard, Robert (Delores) and Jack (Viola) McKiness.

She also was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; her parents; and a sister, Helen McKiness.

There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church. Yurs Funeral Home in Geneva is handling arrangements.
