• A tire and rim valued at $250 was reported stolen Tuesday, Dec. 30, from a 2000 Jeep Cherokee at Lou’s Sales and Service, 602 E. State St.
• David A. Klem, 49, of the 300 block of Violet Lane, Batavia, was charged Sunday, Dec. 28, with driving under the influence.
• Rhonda S. Fillmore, 49, of the 2200 block of Rockefeller Drive, Geneva, was charged, Wednesday, Dec. 24, with two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery. In connection with the same incident, her son Christopher A. Fillmore, 27, of the 1100 Garfield Avenue, Belvidere, was charged with battery. According to police reports, a verbal argument escalated, and Rhonda’s boyfriend asked both Fillmores to leave. According to police reports, Rhonda Fillmore punched him in the face, stepped on his throat and kicked him the ribs and back, and Christopher Fillmore struck him in the face and kicked him in the ribs. The victim also reported that someone bit his finger during the beating. He was taken to Delnor Hospital in Geneva for treatment.
• The theft of $250 in cash was reported Friday, Dec. 19 from a student’s wallet at Geneva High School, 416 McKinley Ave. According to police reports, after the student returned from a physical education class, the locker’s lock was removed and the cash was missing. The student told police he had that much cash with him to pay for a concert he was going to.
