DUI
• Tracy A. Wagner, age not given, 17260 W. 145th St., Lockport, was charged at 1:45 a.m. Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol at 63rd Street and Belmont Road.
• Kim S. Bun, 33, 5 Fernwood Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged at 2:45 a.m. Sunday with obstructing justice, driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana and leaving the scene of a property damaging accident in the 1500 block of Ogden Avenue.
• Stephen A. Wrzesinski Jr., 26, 3380 Ravinia Circle, Aurora, was charged at 6:52 a.m. Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed at Prairie Avenue and Main Street.
Domestic battery
• Michael W. Herda, 20, 4911 N. Pulaski, Chicago, was charged at 10:11 p.m. Oct. 8 with domestic battery in the 2500 block of Ogden Avenue.
• Sergio A. Contreras, 25, 4925 Fairview Ave., Downers Grove, was charged at 11:31 p.m. Oct. 10 with domestic battery in the 1400 block of Ogden Avenue.
• Paul F. Clemens , 49, 6500 Kensington Place, Downers Grove, was charged at 7:10 p.m. Oct. 14 with domestic battery in the 6000 block of Kensington Place.

Lori J. Bicek, 55, 5820 Middaugh Ave., Downers Grove, was charged at 10:22 a.m. Friday with battery and assault in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue.
Marijuana possession
• Marcus Quintell Perkins, 25, 712 N. Villa Ave., Villa Park, was charged at 3:17 p.m. Oct. 13 with possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams, and an unspecified in-state warrant, in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue.
• Patrick M. Bartlett, 20, 1809 Gigi Lane, Darien, was charged at 12:46 a.m. Oct. 14 with possession of drug equipment, improper lane use, unlawful possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of 75th Street.
• Michael A. Tanner, 18, 1019 Palmer St., Downers Grove was charged at 1:42 a.m. Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal when turning; and John M. Costello, 22, 913 Chicago Ave., Downers Grove, also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana of less than 10 grams at Maple Avenue and Main Street.
• Andrew C. Armstrong, 50, 722 N. Trumble Ave., Chicago, was charged at 11:59 p.m. Thursday with possession of marijuana and an in-state warrant for failure to appear in the 5000 block of Main Street.

• A fence energizer valued at $300 was reported stolen at 8:12 a.m. Oct. 14 in the 4700 block of Walnut Avenue.
• A five-tier concrete foundation valued at $1,500 was reported stolen at 3:16 p.m. Thursday in the 4400 block of Woodward Avenue.
• A gold and turquoise ring valued at $3,000 was reported stolen at 3:58 p.m. Thursday in the 5200 block of Main Street.
• A laptop computer valued at $250 and a black computer case valued at $100 were reported stolen at 8:16 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of Ogden Ave.
• A mountain bicycle valued at $100 was reported stolen at 9:55 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of Kenyon Street.
• A Verizon flip phone valued at $60 was reported stolen at 1:22 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Village Drive.
• About 200 feet of chicken wire valued at $200 was reported stolen at 2:01 p.m. Saturday in the 5400 block of Blodgett Avenue.
• A catalytic converter valued at $1,789 was reported stolen from a vehicle at 7:48 p.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of Warrenville Road.

• An unpaid cab fare was reported at 3:01 a.m. Sunday in the 4500 block of Sherwood Avenue.
• A blue Honda Odyssey was reported stolen out of a garage at 7:26 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 6200 block of Leonard Avenue.
Criminal damage to motor vehicle
A caustic substance poured across two vehicles damaging the paint finish and windows was reported at 7:48 a.m. Saturday in the 4500 block of Wilson Avenue.
Burglary from a motor vehicle
• Work tools and copper wire were reported stolen at 10:55 a.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Finley Road.
• A laptop computer valued at $400 was reported stolen at 9:29 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Ogden Avenue.
Criminal damage to property
Horizontal scratches damaging the paint of a vehicle was reported at 2:03 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 3000 block of Highland Parkway.
Mischief
Halloween decorations strewn about a yard was reported at 1:51 a.m. Saturday in the 5300 block of Brookbank Road.

• Marcos A. Velazquez, 19, 3924 S. Artesian Ave., Chicago, was charged at 10:56 a.m. Oct. 9 with driving while license suspended and driving an uninsured motor vehicle at Maple Avenue and Belmont Road.
• Jason D. Kuna, 34, 1504 W. Kimberly Road, Davenport, Iowa, was charged at 9:58 a.m. Oct. 14 with driving while license revoked, driving with no insurance and no valid registration at Main Street and Warren Avenue.
• Allison K. Phillips, 32, 6103 Knoll Valley Drive, Willowbrook, was charged at 10:08 a.m. Oct. 14 with operating a vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and miscellaneous traffic code violations at 63rd Street and Fairview Avenue.
• Keyontea Desha Armstrong, 23, 7601 Orchard, Woodridge, was charged at 10:06 a.m. Oct. 15 with driving while license suspended at 63rd Street and Woodward Avenue.
• Chester L. Price, 58, 4905 Belmont Road, Downers Grove, was charged at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 15 with driving while license revoked, no insurance, miscellaneous traffic code violations and an unspecified warrant in the 4000 block of Belmont Road.
• Artem Mosyakov, 20, 344 Manchester Ave., Batavia, was charged at 2:27 p.m. Friday with driving while license suspended and miscellaneous traffic code violations in the 4900 block of Main Street. The traffic code violation was later dismissed.
• Jose G. Navarro-Lucas, 31, 623 Brookside Drive, Westmont, was charged at 2:29 p.m. Friday with driving with no valid driver’s license and speeding at 65th Street and Fairview Avenue.
• Wayne C. Porter, 39, 1700 N. Austin, Chicago, was charged at 9:30 p.m. Friday with driving while license suspended at Butterfield Road and Highland Avenue.
• Moises Robles, 22, 2 S. Victoria Lane, Streamwood, was charged at 5:02 p.m. Saturday with no valid driver’s license and traffic offenses at Prairie and Belmont Road.
• Gregory R. Tintera, 54, 2N046 Kramer Ave., Lombard, was charged at 8:21 p.m. Saturday with driving while license suspended at Ogden Avenue and Stanley Avenue.
