Battery
• Juan Carlos Garcia-Ibanez, 36, 209 Michael Lane, was charged at 11:15 p.m. Aug. 14 with domestic battery in the 200 block of Michael Lane.
• April J. McInerney, 36, 416 Lake Park Drive, was charged at 7:07 p.m. Aug. 20 with battery and retail theft and arrested on an unspecified warrant from the Downers Grove Police Department at Wal-Mart, 1050 N. Rohlwing Road.
Burglary
A blue mountain bike was reportedly stolen between 8 p.m. Aug. 19 and 5:30 a.m. Aug. 20 from a residential garage in the 100 block of South Vista Avenue.
Marijuana possession
• Eric Rivera-Yanez, 18, 101 S. Vista Ave., was charged at 2:01 a.m. Aug. 12 with unlawful possession of marijuana in the 100 block of South Vista Avenue. Lachezar V. Ivanov, 20, 304 Starling Court, Bloomingdale, was charged at the same time and date with unlawful discharge of an air rifle in the same location.
• Michael F. Newman, 20, 1660 Iowa Drive, Elk Grove Village, was charged at 11:53 p.m. Aug. 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding at Lake and State streets.
Traffic violations
• Pascual Merrino-Nino, 44, 536 S. Michigan Ave., was charged at 3:55 p.m. Aug. 15 with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and disobeyed traffic control signal and arrested on an unspecified warrant from the Addison Police Department at Fullerton Avenue and Hale Street.
• Thomas R. Sansone, 27, 609 Meadows Blvd., was charged at 2:57 a.m. Aug. 20 with driving while license suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Meadows Boulevard.
Warrant arrests
Steven M. Allert, 30, 101 E. Natoma Ave., was arrested at 7:43 p.m. Aug. 25 on a warrant for failure to appear from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department in the 0 to 100 block of South Wisconsin Avenue. Kendra R. DeWitt, 31, 32 S. Wisconsin Ave., was arrested at the same time and date on an unspecified warrant from the Addison Police Department at the same location.
Trespassing
Pablo Martinez, 22, 1525 N. 22nd Ave., Melrose Park, was charged at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 19 with criminal trespass to property in the 0 to 100 block of Lorraine Avenue.

Battery
An incident involving battery was reported at 3:35 p.m. Aug. 28 in the 800 block of West Green Street.
Theft
• A grocery cart was reported stolen at 9:07 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 200 block of West Green Street.
• A semitrailer was reported stolen at 8:28 a.m. Aug. 26 in the 900 block of North Illinois Route 83.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 5:02 p.m. Aug. 28 in the 600 block of South York Road.
Threat
An incident involving a threat was reported at 6:58 p.m. Aug. 27 in the 800 block of South York Road.
Fraud
Counterfeit currency used to purchase gasoline was reported at 2:14 p.m. Aug. 28 in the 600 block of South York Road.
Traffic violation
Daniel Bednaz, 33, 1037 S. Westmore Ave., Lombard, was charged at 5:28 p.m. Aug. 25 with no valid driver’s license at Illinois Route 83 and Indian Hill Drive.
