Domestic battery

Nick D. Fousias, 31, 787 Wilson Ave., was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference at 11:27 p.m. Aug. 7 in the 700 block of Wilson Avenue.

DUI

• Eric J. Baumgartner, 22, 1703 E. Prairie Ave., Wheaton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of open liquor at 1:44 a.m. Aug. 3 at Roosevelt Road and Interstate 355.

• Andres Malave Guzman, 28, 1732 Marywood Court, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08 and failure to reduce speed at 10:56 a.m. Aug. 4 at Route 53 and Sheehan Avenue.

• Arkadiusz Kulikowski, 44, 1030 Princeton Ave., Villa Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08 at 1:57 a.m. Aug. 5 at Crescent Boulevard and Park Row.

• Patrick J. Stella, 37, 122 Webster Road, Lake City, Tenn., was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08, driving while license suspended, resisting an officer, speeding and illegal transportation of open liquor at 1:29 a.m. Aug. 9 at Roosevelt Road and Sunset Avenue.

Burglary

• A black wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 6:30 p.m. Aug. 5 and 9:10 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 200 block of Linden Street.

• Beer and wine were stolen from a refrigerator in a garage between 9 p.m. Aug. 4 and 7 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 200 block of Newton Avenue.

• A pair of sunglasses and a GPS unit were stolen from two unlocked vehicles between 9 p.m. Aug. 5 and 7 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard.

• An iPod was stolen from a vehicle in an unlocked garage between 11 p.m. Aug. 5 and 11:45 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 600 block of Kenilworth Avenue.

• A small amount of coins were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in an unlocked garage between 6 p.m. Aug. 5 and 9 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 200 block of Linden Street.

• An unlocked vehicle was broken into but nothing was reported missing between 10:30 p.m. Aug. 4 and 5:03 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 600 block of Kenilworth Avenue.

• A small amount of coins and bills were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 10 p.m. Aug. 5 and 8:10 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 600 block of Kenilworth Avenue.

• An iPhone valued at $600 was stolen from an open, unattended vehicle at 3:45 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 100 block of Surrey Drive.

Theft

• An unlocked 22-inch Schwinn mountain bike with an estimated value of $300 was stolen between 5:50 and 7:30 p.m. Aug. 5 at Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center.

• An unlocked boy’s green Mongoose dirt bike with an estimated value of $100 was taken from a patio between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at 1188 Royal Glen Drive.

• A case of cigarettes with a total value of $1,800 was stolen from behind the counter at 2:50 a.m. Aug. 8 at Walgreens, 324 Roosevelt Road.

Criminal damage

• Four patio chairs, a patio table and an ash tray were knocked over at 3:43 a.m. Aug. 5 at 411 N. Main St.

• The passenger side mirror was broken, gas tank was opened, rear antenna was bent and rear license plate was bent on a vehicle between 6 p.m. Aug. 4 and 4 a.m. Aug. 5 in the Metra parking lot. The driver’s side windshield wiper was damaged and the rear registration plate was bent on a second vehicle after 10 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

• The hood and driver’s side door of a parked vehicle were scratched between 11 p.m. Aug. 7 and 1 a.m. Aug. 8 at Hillside Avenue and Main Street.

Forgery

An unknown person bought food with a counterfeit $20 bill between 5 and 11 p.m. Aug. 3 at McDonalds, 445 Roosevelt Road.

Possession

Ashley K. Berger, 20, 1005 S. Lorraine Road, Wheaton, was charged with possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at midnight Aug. 7 at Roosevelt Road and Royal Glen Drive after a June 30 incident in the 800 block of Roosevelt Road.

• Jessica L. Niemann, 22, 821 Hillside Ave., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment, operating an uninsured vehicle and no valid registration at 8:24 p.m. Aug. 7 at Hill and Montclair avenues.

• Breena K. Hambright, 21, 823 Pueblo Court, Naperville, was charged with possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana at 3:58 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 600 block of Roosevelt Road.

• Edgar A. Diaz, 25, 1860 Foxworth Blvd., was charged with possession of drug equipment at 12:48 a.m. Aug. 6 at 11 Briar St.

• Harrison R. Hernandez, 19, 1414 Wilson Ave., Wheaton, was charged with possession of drug equipment at 9:34 a.m. Aug. 9 at Briar Street and Roosevelt Road.

Protection order

• Jaroslaw Merchut, 33, 19W686 13th Place, Lombard, was charged with driving while license suspended, obstructed front windshield and improper lane usage at 2:27 p.m. Aug. 4 at Roosevelt Road and Pershing Avenue.
