Domestic battery
• Maria Lopez, 30, 244 E. St. Charles Road, was charged at 3:57 p.m. Aug. 4 with four counts of domestic battery and two counts of endangering the life of a child in the 200 block of East St. Charles Road.
• Antonio Campuzano, 18, 162 Quail Run, was charged at 10:41 p.m. Aug. 5 with two counts of domestic battery and unlawful consumption of alcohol in the 100 block of Quail Run.
DUI
• Ayesha Williams, 30, 545 Commanche Lane, was charged at 3:05 a.m. Aug. 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08, improper lane usage, disobeying the stop sign and illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor at Aztec Drive and Kuhn Road.
• Brett Ruisz, 28, 1001 Carlton Lane, Schaumburg, was charged at 11:25 p.m. Aug. 1 with DUI – alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08, speeding and no seat belt at Lies Road and the railroad tracks.
• Angelo B. Licastro, 30, 553 Alton Court, was charged at 1:20 a.m. Aug. 3 with improper turn, improper lane change, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, DUI – alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08, aggravated DUI, aggravated driving while license suspended and driving while license suspended at County Farm Road and Woodhill Drive.
• David Dick, 60, 919 Cherry St., Wheaton, was charged at 4:54 p.m. Aug. 1 with DUI – alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of open alcohol in the 500 block of South Schmale Road.
• Daniel Ocampo, 19, 1130 Lawndale Ave., Chicago, was charged at 1:25 a.m. Aug. 2 with improper lane use, improper turn, DUI – alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08 at North Avenue and Schmale Road.
• Dipakbhai Patel, 43, 724 Bluff St., was charged at 2:01 a.m. July 30 with improper lane use, DUI – alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08 at Idaho Street and Antelope Trail.
• Gina M. Mercadante, 27, 1191 Ancient Oaks Drive, Bartlett, was charged at 9:21 p.m. July 29 with speeding and DUI – alcohol at County Farm Road and Dorchester Drive.
• Shawn A. Dugo, 41, 3100 Terrace Drive, River Grove, was charged at 2:49 a.m. Aug. 2 with speeding, DUI – alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08 at Army Trail and County Farm Road.
Warrant arrest
• Jarrin Rutledge, 25, 284 E. St. Charles Road, was arrested at 7 p.m. Aug. 6 on an outstanding warrant for DUI – alcohol in the 200 block of East St. Charles Road.
• Jonathan Buczak, 27, 155 Washburn St., Elgin, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. July 28 on an outstanding warrant for credit card fraud at the DuPage County Jail.
• Jose Hernandez, 53, 1753 Hollywood Ave., Hanover Park, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. Aug. 4 on an outstanding warrant for criminal trespass to vehicle in the 500 block of County Farm Road.
• Jonathan Martin, 20, 37 N. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. July 25 on an outstanding warrant for obstructing ID, driving while license suspended and improper parking at right hand curb in the 500 block of North Avenue.
• Aaron T. Johnson, 24, 1001 Avenue K, Sterling, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. Aug. 5 on an outstanding warrant – other jurisdiction and charged with obstructing justice at the Carol Stream Police Department, 500 N. Gary Ave.
Marijuana possession
• Frank Burdi, 24, 37 N. Founders Pointe North, Bloomingdale, was charged at 7:07 p.m. July 26 with assault, threatening public officials, violation of bail bond and unlawful possession of marijuana in the 800 block of West Army Trail Road.
• Rachel Plumley, 18, 921 Navajo St., was charged at 11:29 p.m. Aug. 6 with unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment and disobeying a traffic control device at Gary Avenue and Stark Drive.
• John Matalone, 20, 1310 Yorkshire Lane, was charged at 1:53 a.m. Aug. 1 with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment at Dancing Water Court and Idaho Street.
• James Melone, 25, 6015 Argyle St., Chicago, was charged at 12:32 a.m. Aug. 1 with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment in the 1000 block of Fountain View Drive.
• Jonathan Golabek, 25, 647 Paxton Place, was charged at 12:39 a.m. Aug. 1 with unlawful possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of Fountain View Drive.
Theft
An unsecured bicycle was reportedly stolen at 8 p.m. Aug. 6 from a public park in the 1200 block of Woodlake Drive.
Sale of alcohol to minors
Jacqueline Johal, 29, 993 Kuhn Road, was charged at 8:39 p.m. July 23 with unlawful sale of alcohol to minors at the Carol Stream Police Department, 500 N. Gary Ave.
Criminal trespass
Merrill Sech, 43, 703 W. Liberty Street, Wheaton, was charged at 8:57 a.m. on July 20 with criminal trespass and resisting an officer at the 500 block of North Ave.
Failure to appear
Joseph Sanders, 23, 1730 Fairfax Circle West, Bartlett, was charged at 3:17 p.m. July 31 with failure to appear and larceny at Fountain View Drive and Lies Road.
