Marijuana charges
• Thomas J. Weiss, 18, 4910 Forest Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance at 4:43 p.m. Saturday at his residence.
• Raul Torres, 55, 617 Ronald Drive, Addison, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 3:55 p.m. Thursday at the Main Street Depot.
Theft and burglary
• A handicap placard was reported stolen from a vehicle parked between 7 and 9:01 p.m. Friday in the 7300 block of Lemont Road.
• Michael R. Farino, 49, 421 S. Humphrey Ave., Oak Park, was charged with felony retail theft at 2:34 p.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Butterfield Road.
• A locked, Raleigh men's bicycle was reported stolen between 7 a.m. June 3 and 9:30 a.m. Friday in the 5000 block of Main Street.
• Erika Martinez-Contreras, 24, and Laura Juaez-Pillado, both of 2021 Apple Lane., Woodridge, were both charged with retail theft at 10:05 p.m. June 4 in the 7300 block of Lemont Road.
• A white male in his mid-to-late 20s wearing a black-and-white striped shirt allegedly took two display phones from a store at 11:55 a.m. Thursday in the 60 block of Ogden Avenue. He was described as about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing between 190 and 200 pounds.
• Humera E. Sodha, 46, 3115 W. 38th St., Oak Brook, was charged with retail theft at 8:09 p.m. June 4 in the 2900 block of Finley Road.
• An unlocked bicycle was reported stolen between 3:20 p.m. May 29 and 8:20 a.m. May 30 in the 1400 block of Jefferson Avenue.
• Someone shattered a passenger-side window of a 2013 Toyota parked between 11:26 and 11:31 a.m. May 30 in the 7300 block of Lemont Road. A laptop computer and a GPS unit were reported missing from the vehicle.
• Carson M. Cozzens, 19, 2741 Little Edelweiss Drive, Greed Bay, Wisc., was charged with retail theft at 12:29 p.m. May 30 in the 3300 block of Finley Road.
• Kanisha R. McBeath, 37, 108 S. 17th Ave., Maywood, was charged with retail theft at 9:05 p.m. May 30 in the 2900 block of Finley Road.
• Justine Dunn, 44, 2415 Courtyard Circle, Aurora, was charged with retail theft at 5 p.m. May 31 in the 2900 block of Finley Road.
• A locked, black and turquoise Mongoose bicycle was reported stolen between 4 p.m. May 29 and 6 p.m. June 1 in the 400 block of Rogers Street.
• A 1996 Acura Integra was reported stolen between 8 p.m. May 29 and 2 p.m. May 30 in the 2100 block of Ogden Avenue.
DUI
• Tyran L. Evans, 35, 4921 W. Wabansia Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, domestic battery, criminal damage to property and resisting a peace officer at 10:17 p.m. June 4 in the 1000 block of Saylor Avenue.
• Feliciano Escalante, 37, 6706 Cedar Lane, Westmont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield, improper lane usage and failure to signal at 12:27 p.m. June 2 at Ogden Avenue and Finley Road.
• Joyce D. Harkness, 5610 Walnut Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:10 p.m. June 1 at Maple and Walnut avenues.
• Sergio Estrada, 56, 2751 Forest Glen Parkway, Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the life of a child, no valid driver's license and improper lane usage at 11:12 p.m. May 31 in the 5500 block of Main Street.
• David D. Pasco, 56, 10926 Stephen Court, Mokena, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield, improper lane usage and no insurance at 1:20 a.m. May 31 at Belmont Road and Howard Avenue.
Arson
Police and fire department personnel were called to extinguish a dumpster fire behind a business between 8:41 and 9:10 p.m. June 8 in the 1700 block of Ogden Avenue. The firs did not cause damage to the building.
Battery
Horace Smith Jr., 21, 2015 S. Finley Road, Lombard, was charged with battery at 2 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Butterfield Road.
Endangering the health of life of a child
Zeyad Tatari, 38, 5748 Walnut Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with endangering the health or life a child, speeding and failure to signal after allegedly driving 74 miles and hour in 35 m.p.h. speed zone while his wife and two-year-old son were in the vehicle at 6:08 p.m. Saturday in the 5100 block of Belmont Road.
Public indecency
Michael A. Abner, 35, 2564 Meadowdale Lane, Woodridge, was charged with public indecency at 5:30 a.m. Thursday in the 3100 block of Finley Road.
Criminal damage to property
Tara R. Bacastow, 18, 5925 Blodgett Ave., was charged with criminal damage to property at 1 p.m. Thursday at her residence.
Domestic battery
William R. Rakow, 58, 4408 Washington St., Downers Grove, was charged with domestic battery at 7:13 p.m. Sunday at his residence.
