GENEVA – Two years after A Toda Madre opened next door to Bien Trucha, it is moving to Glen Ellyn, the company announced.
Bien Trucha, 410 W. State St., Geneva, which specializes in Mexico City’s street food, extended its menu to A Toda Madre, at 416 W. State St., in January, allowing patrons to order from both menus. A Toda Madre offered a more seasonal menu.
Bien Trucha’s owners said previously that sharing the menu was a way to accommodate would-be diners who were discouraged by long lines.
The space that A Toda Madre used to occupy in Geneva now has become the concept kitchen for Bien Trucha, owners said in a prepared statement.
