DIXON – A 31-year-old Dixon man is charged in Ogle County Court with three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child younger than 13.

Lance E. Taylor, 31, molested the girl in a Rochelle home on two separate days in December, police there say.

He was arrested on an Ogle County warrant on May 16, and is in Ogle County Jail on a $100,000 bond. He has a hearing Wednesday.
