Mrs. Diane I. Bradley, 63, of Morris, passed away Saturday afternoon, September 22, 2012 at Morris Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Born March 6, 1949, in Sandwich, Diane was a daughter of Cyrus and Margaret (Koehntop) Helgeson. She graduated from Morris Community High School with the class of 1967.
Diane married Randal Bradley on Jan. 18, 1998. They lived all of their married life in Morris.
She was employed at Grundy County Bank for 22 years. Later, she was office manager at Ray Slattery Accounting Firm in Joliet.
Survivors include her husband, Randal of Morris; one daughter, Tamara (Gregory) Kjellesvik of Morris; one step-daughter, Jessica Bradley of Kernaville, N.C.; one step-son, Douglas (Tasha) Bradley of Emmington, Ill.; four grandchildren, Alayna, Jacob and Makayla Kjellesvik and Nathan Bradley; one sister, Marvis Borens of Morris; one brother, Gary (Marsha) Helgeson of Greeley, Colo.; mother-in-law, Bonnie Connor of Morris; step mother-in-law, Beverly Bradley of Morris; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two fathers-in-law, Dr. Edward Connor and Kenneth Bradley; and brother-in-law, Gerald Borens.
She enjoyed making jewelry, gardening, her two cats and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Roy Backus officiating.
Interment will follow at Saratoga Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Fruland Funeral Home, 121 W. Jefferson St., in Morris.
Memorials may be given to the First Presbyterian Church or Elim Christian School.
