Rachel Gross of LaSalle and Jason Savage of LaSalle were united in marriage July 14 in the St. Louis Catholic Church in Princeton.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Pam Gross of Princeton and Troy and Lori Torri of Princeton. The groom is the son of Chris and Deb Savage of Princeton.
Charley Kietzman, friend of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Abby Griggs, friend of the bride, Bailey Torri, sister of the bride, Madelyn Torri, sister of the bride, and Cayla Savage, sister of the groom.
Eric Savage, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Jake Keller, friend of the groom, Frank Votava, friend of the groom, John Mitchell, friend of the groom, and Frank Miller, uncle of the groom. Ushers were Chris Giordano, friend of the groom, and Al Hackel, friend of the groom.
The couple was honored at a reception at A Hundred Acre Orchard in Princeton.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in LaSalle.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Princeton High School, a 2009 graduate of Illinois State University in Normal and a 2011 graduate of the American College of Education in Chicago. She is a first-grade teacher in Spring Valley School District 99.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Princeton High School and a 2010 graduate of Illinois State University in Normal. He is a quality coordinator at PQ Corporation in Utica.
