Robert Epps, 29, no town listed; 11:04 p.m. Friday; unlawful restraint, aggravated assault, Department of Corrections warrant – parole violation; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Jace Meyer, 18, of Sterling; 10:59 p.m. Monday; domestic battery; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Jason Stingley, 34, of Rock Falls; 9:01 a.m. Tuesday; failure to register as a sex offender; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Jeffery Bates, 44, of Rock Falls; 11:15 a.m. Tuesday; criminal trespass to state-supported land, disorderly conduct; posted bond.

Whiteside County Sheriff

Richard Nolan, 66, of Lyndon; 7:50 a.m. Tuesday at Moline Road and Fifth Avenue East, Lyndon; failure to yield at a stop intersection after striking a vehicle driven by Caprice Thompson, 36, of Sterling. Thompson was taken to CGH Medical Center in Sterling by Prophetstown EMS with non-life-threatening injuries. Thompson also was ticketed for driving with a suspended license.

Jesse I. Stout, 28, of Morrison; 12:55 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 30 near Emerson Road; speeding, driving with a suspended license; posted bond.
