• Clothing valued at $5,552 was reported stolen Tuesday, Oct. 18, from Abercrombie and Fitch, 222 Commons Drive.

• A 2000 Pontiac Grand Am was reported to have $700 in damage Tuesday, Oct. 18, from having water put in its gas tank while parked at Peacock Engineering Company, 1800 Averill Road, Geneva.

• Mitchell E. Mums, 23, of the 1400 block of Aspen Lane, Yorkville, and Eric J. Quigley, 18, of the 2S100 block of Willow Creek Drive, Blackberry Township, were charged Wednesday, Oct. 19, with criminal trespass to land at Persimmon Tree, 127 S. Third St.

• Kendall B. Rusin, 21, of the 700 block of Illinois Avenue, Geneva, was charged Friday, Oct. 14, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Richard Gregoire, 29, of the 900 block of Fellow Street, St. Charles, was charged  Sunday, Oct. 16, with retail theft of two cans of canned air from Walgreens, 2100 W. State St., valued at $19.98.

• Shawn P. McMorris, 42, of the 200 block of Lillian Court, Geneva, was charged Thursday, Oct. 13, with domestic battery, criminal damage to property and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

•  A Gap shopping bag containing three items of clothing valued at $111.98 was reported stolen Sunday, Oct. 16, from a bench in front of Banana Republic, 226 Commons Drive.

• Robert M. Caruso, 49, of the 500 block of Eighth Street, Geneva, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 11, with knowingly permitting alcohol to be used by those under the age of 21.
