CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Christopher Dale Gorman, 51, of Clarksville, Tenn., died Friday, April 29, 2011, after a short illness. He was a certified PQS Level 3 through the National Precast Concrete Association and a quality control manager in the concrete construction industry.
Chris was born April 17, 1960, in Tampico, the son of Darrel and Beverly Gorman. He was a 1978 graduate of Tampico High School.
Survivors include his wife, Heather Gorman and one son, Chase, both of Clarksville; his father of Titusville, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Kristin and Allison; one brother, Chuck (Dawn) Gorman of Lyndon; one sister, Colette (Paul) Thompson of Orlando, Fla.; four nieces, Michelle Link, Meagan Dirks, Erica Boesen and Sarah Boesen; and one nephew, C.J. Gorman.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
A graveside memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Tampico Cemetery. Cremation rites have been accorded.
A celebration of Chris’s life will be at Dutch Diner, Tampico, after the service.
