Tori Shelley, 41, of Rock Falls, is a waitress at Gazi's Restaurant, Rock Falls, and is studying at Sauk Valley Community College to become an emergency medical technician-paramedic. She has a son, Jesse Moncivais, 14, and a daughter, Jenessa Moncivais, 11. She is the daughter of Joyce Rippy and Brock Shelley, both of Sterling, and has a sister, Jennifer Shelley, 39, of Sterling.
