Dean and Julie Boelter of New Ulm, Minn., are pleased to announce the engagement on their daughter, Jessica Boelter to Arthur Bradford, son of Raymond and Frances Bradford of Morris.

Jessica is a 2002 graduate of New Ulm Senior High School and a 2006 graduate of Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minn. She is employed by McGraw-Hill Publishers in Dubuque, Iowa. She will graduate from the University of Dubuque in December with an English degree.

Arthur is a 2001 graduate of Seneca Township High School in Seneca.  He is a 2005 graduate of Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, with a mechanical engineering degree. Arthur is employed as a test engineer with John Deere Dubuque Works.

The couple will be married Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, in Dubuque, Iowa.
