• Seneca Brown, 21, of the 1200 block of Morgan Street in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Monday on a charge of possession of a weapon.

• Christopher Richter, 46, of Herscher was arrested by the Monee police and booked into the Will County jail Monday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
