Morris Hospital, Silver Cross, closing urgent care sites early due to weather

Silver Cross’ Mokena urgent care will remain open until 8 p.m. as usual.

Morris Hospital will close all of its walk-in urgent care services at 4 p.m. Wednesday due to the inclement weather, according to a news release from Morris Hospital.

This closure includes the Diagnostic & Rehabilitative Center on Gore Road in Morris, Diamond-Coal City Campus, Ridge Road Campus in Channahon and the Yorkville Campus, the release said.

Silver Cross Hospital’s New Lenox location for urgent care will close at 5 p.m. Wednesday. But its Mokena location will remain open until 8 p.m. as usual, according to Debra Robbins, director or marketing and communication for Silver Cross.
