Peace Lutheran Church in New Lenox is hosting its 29th annual free Thanksgiving Day dinner at noon Nov. 27 at 1900 E. Lincoln Highway.

The event features a full holiday meal and a visit from Santa Claus. It’s open to anyone who is alone, in need, new to the area or who simply wants to celebrate with others.
