Downtown Joliet parking deck to close for the weekend

The Ottawa Street parking deck downtown will be closed Saturday and Sunday, the city of Joliet announced.

The closure is because of construction and electrical work on the Chicago Street Streetscape project, the city said Thursday in a news release.

The plan is to close the deck at 7 a.m. Saturday and reopen it at 6 a.m. Monday.
