The Kane County forest preserve district was awarded a $600,000 grant as part of a $2M project to build an elevated wildlife observation overlook at Muirhead Springs Forest Preserve.

Tracy Chapman, the executive director of the Forest Preserve District of Will County said, “Hadley Valley is a living breathing example of what long term restoration and collaboration can achieve.”
